$44.99 30 Servings

Carbohydrate and electrolytes in one scoop. Built for the efforts long enough that water stops being the answer, and just as useful at 5am when you need to train and food is not going to happen yet. Reviewers take it hourly through ultras and through long hot shifts, and what they mention most is that it stays easy to drink when everything else has turned sweet.

Why This One
  • Carbohydrate and electrolytes in a single scoop rather than two products to juggle
  • Works both ways: repeatedly across hours, or once before an early session
  • Liquid carbohydrate goes down at 5am when solid food will not
  • No sticky mouth feel, which is the reason most carb mixes get abandoned mid race
  • 30 servings per tub
  • 20g of carbohydrate per serving, printed rather than hidden behind a blend name

How To Use
Two ways, both proven on the founder rather than invented for the label. For long efforts, two scoops every hour, sipped through rather than drunk at once. That is the protocol used across a 100 mile ultra. For early sessions where you have no appetite, one scoop before you start, so the work happens on fuel instead of on nothing. For sessions under about ninety minutes where you have already eaten, hydration alone is usually enough and Electrolytes is the better fit.

Intra Workout

Water Is Not Fuel.

Hydration keeps you upright. Carbohydrate keeps you moving. Somewhere in the second hour the limiter quietly changes from one to the other, and most people find out the hard way. At 5am on an empty stomach, it was never hydration in the first place.

Why It Gets Finished

Most Carb Mixes
Get Abandoned.

Not because they do not work. Because by hour three they are too sweet to swallow. A fuel you stop drinking is not a fuel.

01

Drinkable On The Hour

The most repeated point in the reviews is that the taste does not get old and it leaves no sticky film. One customer taking a scoop every hour through ultras is the whole proof.

02

Steady, Not Spiky

Reviewers describe effort staying even and fatigue arriving gradually rather than as a sudden drop off. That is what separates a fuel from a sugar drink.

03

Fuel And Fluid Together

Carbohydrate and electrolytes in one scoop, so there is one bottle to manage instead of two, which matters when you are three hours in and not thinking clearly.

How The Founder Uses It

Two Jobs.
Same Tub.

Not a suggested serving invented for a label. This is how Spencer runs it, and the second one is the reason this product is not only for endurance athletes.

01 · Long Efforts

Fuel Through
The Hours

Carbohydrate and sodium taken on a clock rather than when you feel like it, because by the time you feel like it you are already behind. Through training blocks, long rucks, and races that run past the point where food stops being appealing.

2Scoops, Every Hour

Forty grams of carbohydrate and 700mg of sodium an hour. That is the exact protocol from a 100 mile ultra, not a demonstration dose.

02 · Early Mornings

Train Fed When
You Cannot Eat

Strength work at an hour when the appetite has not arrived yet. Solid food does not go down and will not sit right, so the session either happens on nothing or it happens on this. Liquid carbohydrate is the one thing that goes in early, so you get the fuel without fighting your stomach for it.

1Scoop, Before The Session

Training empty is a choice most people make by accident. This is the one that makes it optional.

Who This Is For

Long Efforts,
And Early Ones

Ultra runners and ruckers on one side. On the other, anyone lifting at an hour when eating first is not realistic. Both need carbohydrate they can actually get in.

Full Label. Nothing Hidden.

What Is Actually In It

20g

Carbohydrate

Per serving. This is the fuel, and it is the number worth comparing against every other product on the market.

350mg

Sodium

Per serving. The electrolyte sweat takes most of, and the reason water alone leaves you worse off on a long one.

30

Servings

Per tub. At a scoop an hour that is a lot of long efforts.

0

Proprietary Blends

Every active listed with its amount. If a label hides doses behind a blend name, it is usually because the doses would not impress you.

Three Flavours, Two Jobs

Blood Orange Lemonade
Is In Production.

Americas Popsicle and Pineapple Orange Kiwi are both out while the next run is made. Blood Orange Lemonade joins them. Pick the one you want above and we will tell you the day it lands, and how many people ask for each is genuinely what decides the split.

Questions, Answered

When is Blood Orange Lemonade available?
It is in production now and we do not have a date we would stand behind, so we are not giving you one. Select it above and leave an email and you hear the day it lands. The number of people who pick it also decides how much of the run goes to it.
Why is everything sold out?
Both current flavours sold through and the next run is being made. Nothing has been discontinued. If you need intra workout hydration in the meantime, Electrolytes and Creatine + Electrolytes are both in stock.
How is this different from Electrolytes?
Electrolytes is fluid and salt with no sugar, for staying hydrated. This adds carbohydrate, which is fuel. Under about ninety minutes you usually want Electrolytes. Past that, the limiter becomes energy rather than fluid and this is the one you want.
How much should I take during a long effort?
Two scoops an hour, sipped steadily rather than drunk in one go. That is the protocol our founder ran across a 100 mile ultra, and reviewers running their own ultras report taking it hourly the same way. Start there and adjust to the duration and the heat. Take it on a clock rather than when you feel like you need it, because by then you are already behind.
Can I use this if I train early and cannot eat?
That is the second main way our founder uses it. Strength sessions at an hour when the appetite has not turned up yet, where solid food either will not go down or will not sit right. One scoop before you start means the session runs on fuel rather than on nothing. Liquid carbohydrate is far easier to take on early than food is, which is the whole point.
Is this only for endurance athletes?
No, and the name undersells it. Anyone who trains before they can face breakfast has the same problem an ultra runner has at hour four, which is needing carbohydrate they can actually get in. Same product, different reason.
Does it get too sweet over hours?
That is the specific complaint customers say they do not have with it. The most detailed review on the product calls out that it does not leave the sticky mouth feel that makes you want to rinse with water, which is usually why people stop drinking a carb mix mid race.
Can I use it outside training?
Customers do, on long hot work days. It is fuel and fluid, so anywhere you are working for hours in heat is fair use.
