When does BF25 begin?
Early access for email subscribers only begins Friday 11.14 7pm EST.
Public access begins Saturday 11.15 9am EST.

How do I know what products are at which price tier?
We will have collections on the home page dedicated to each tier. You will be able to browse by discount!
How can I make sure I get early access?
The website will be locked behind a password on Friday 11.14 at noon EST.
Email subscribers will get sent an email at 7pm EST with the password to enter and shop.
To receive this email, make sure you are subscribed to emails by Friday at noon EST.
I'm local to Raleigh. Can I shop in person?
Yes! We are holding an open warehouse for BF25 on Saturday 11.15 from 10am-2pm. Come shop all the BF deals with us and avoid shipping costs!
You can also try on apparel and sample supplement flavors before you buy.
Can I build my cart ahead of time?
The website will be locked before the sale begins. Therefore any previously created carts will not be saved. Shop early to get everything you want!
What if I make a mistake on my order? Can you fix it before it ships?
We do our best to get to all customer service inquiries before orders go out. That being said, due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during BF25, and because it is a very small team fulfilling orders as fast as we can, we strongly encourage you to double check all sizes, flavors, colors, etc. before you place your order.
This also goes for your shipping address.
While we understand mistakes happen, we cannot promise we will be able to edit all order errors before shipping.

Are supplement subscriptions available at BF25 prices?
New subscriptions will not be available during BF25. Subscriptions that are already active and set to renew during this time will still go out at your regular subscription price.
If you'd like to take advantage of BF prices and stock up, you can skip your subscription for this month in your Customer Portal before BF25 starts.

Can I combine BF25 prices with other discount codes?
No, BF prices are not stackable with any codes or with ID.me military/first responder discounts. We've set the prices to reflect the price you will pay at checkout, way lower than any code could get you!
The only discount that will stack during BF25 is Free Shipping on orders over $199. No code is necessary, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.

When will my BF25 order ship?
If you've shopped with us, you know we normally get orders out within 24 hours during the week.
During BF25, we ask some extra patience as we anticipate a much higher order volume.
When you get a shipping notification email, it means your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours.
We are fulfilling orders in the order they are received so get your order in early for the quickest fulfillment time!

What if I need to return something I purchase during Black Friday?
Because of the deep discounts we are offering during BF25, we are accepting returns in the form of Store Credit.
Returns on apparel must be unworn and unwashed with apparel in its original, new condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
