How long does it take for my order to ship?

Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

UPS 3-Day Select:

  • Delivery Time: Guaranteed in 3 business days
  • Tracking: Included
  • Best for: Guaranteed delivery within 3 days for time-sensitive orders.

UPS Next Day Air:

  • Delivery Time: Next business day

  • Best for: Expedited, urgent orders with guaranteed next-day delivery.
What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated by the postal carriers during checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. However, we do offerfree standard shippingon all orders over$150within the United States. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. No code is required — the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Note: Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only. Expedited and international shipping options are not eligible for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?

Alpha Country proudly ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. You will be able to review these options and rates during checkout.

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 10-14 business days to arrive, depending on customs and your location.

Customs & Import Duties:

  • Customs Fees: Any customs duties or import taxes incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Declaration: All international orders will include a customs declaration form. Please ensure that your order complies with your local customs regulations.
Where do I find the tracking number for my order?
  • Tracking is included with all shipping services.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
My tracking number shows "Label Created" but hasn’t updated in 2-3 business days. What should I do?

If you check your tracking number and it shows "Label Created" for 2-3 business days without any additional updates, this may be due to a delay in processing at the postal service. These delays are out of our control, but rest assured, your package is on its way. If you experience any issues or if the tracking information does not update after a few days, please reach out to us at support@thealphacountry.com. We will promptly follow up with the carrier and ensure that you’re taken care of.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please contact us as there may have been an error with the email address you provided. Email us at support@thealphacountry.com so we can assist you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to return a product, please send it back to:

  • Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue a full refund for the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Please ensure products are returned in their original condition AND your name and order number is within the package (Packing Slip is preferred)

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGE

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

In the event that your package is returned to us by the postal service (e.g., due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package), we will issue a refund for the products only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If this happens, please contact us at support@thealphacountry.com to resolve the issue.
