Ridgeline Vest in the high desert
Ridgeline

Two Hundred Miles
Of Proof.

This vest has been through 100 and 200 mile races and thousands of training miles either side of them. Desert, coast, summer heat and pre dawn cold. Every claim on this page came out of a run, not a spec sheet.

Every Detail Has A Job

Everything Rides Where You Put It.

Ridgeline Vest opened, mesh back panel and both flasks
01

A Litre On The Chest

Two 500mL soft flasks sit high on the front with bite valves in reach, so you drink without breaking stride or reaching behind you. Both flasks come in the box rather than as an upsell.

02

Rear Sleeve, Up To 3.5L

The back takes a bladder up to 3.5L with routing for the tube over the shoulder. That is the difference between an aid station every few miles and going a very long way unsupported. Bladder sold separately.

03

Mesh Back, Cinch Sides

A lightweight mesh back panel moves air where a loaded vest usually traps heat, and adjustable side cords pull the whole thing tight to the ribs. Loaded or nearly empty, it does not bounce.

04

Poles, Gels, Phone

Two zip chest pockets, stash pockets on each side and a trekking pole pouch on the back. Everything for a long day has a place, and nothing needs carrying in a hand.

Races are the short part. This has carried water through thousands of training miles in between, which is the test that actually tells you what a vest is made of.

Questions, Answered

Which size do I need?
The Ridgeline comes in S/M and L/XL. The size chart is in the gallery above and opens full screen from the Size Chart button. Measure around the chest at the widest point and match it to the chart rather than guessing off a shirt size.
Does it come with the flasks?
Yes. Two 500mL soft flasks are in the box, along with two short straws and two insulated long straws. You do not need to buy anything else to use it on day one.
Can I run a bladder in it?
Yes. The rear sleeve takes a bladder up to 3.5L and there is routing to bring the tube over the shoulder. The bladder itself is sold separately, so you can run the flasks alone, the bladder alone, or all of it at once.
Does it bounce when it is full?
Sternum bungees set the front and adjustable cords cinch both sides, so the load pulls in against the ribs rather than hanging off the shoulders. It has been run at 100 and 200 mile distances loaded and unloaded.
Will it carry trekking poles?
There is a dedicated pole pouch on the back, plus stash pockets on both sides for gels, chews and a phone.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash the vest in cold water with a mild detergent and hang it to dry. Wash the flasks, lids and straws separately by hand in warm soapy water.
