Great progressive plan
"This plan goes hard from day one. Give it all you got and if you got to adjust percentages to meet the intent of the intensity, it works. I get sore as he** sometimes and I have to change the percentages on the lift to still make it, but only do it when it’s necessary. The plan will challenge and grind you mentally. It’s worth it."
