2 Scoops of Whey Protein | Chocolate Milk

1 Sliced Banana

1 TBSP of Peanut Butter

1 TSP of Honey

1 Pinch of Coconut Flakes

Almond Milk

Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 2 scoops of protein in a bowl with almond milk. Add a little at a time in order to get the consistency that you want. Add a little + mix a little is the technique we use.

Add Peanut Butter and mix.

Add banana slices + chocolate chips + coconut flakes.

Drizzle the honey on top.
