INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Scoops of Whey Protein | Chocolate Milk

  • 1 Sliced Banana

  • 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter

  • 1 TSP of Honey

  • 1 Pinch of Coconut Flakes

  • Almond Milk

  • Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix 2 scoops of protein in a bowl with almond milk. Add a little at a time in order to get the consistency that you want. Add a little + mix a little is the technique we use.

  2. Add Peanut Butter and mix.

  3. Add banana slices + chocolate chips + coconut flakes.

  4. Drizzle the honey on top.

  5. Enjoy.
