Advice to new business owners and customers..

You start a company thinking you will be able to make everyone happy. Thats just not the reality.

I swear, some people buy your stuff just so they can talk shit to you on how it should be done better.

Look CUSTOMERS, unless you have a clothing brand, a supplement brand or a training brand. Stop trying to give advice to owners on how they should or shouldn’t do things.

Take your advice and apply it to your own life and start your own company if you are one of these people that do that.

Stop telling people what they should come out with in the clothing industry or what they should add or take away from their supplements.

Half the problem is the actual business owners in todays age, how many times do you see on Instagram - “What should I do next?” “What do you guys want to see?”

That is a huge no no. Do not ask your customers what you need to do as a business owner, THAT IS WHY YOU OWN THE BUSINESS.

See, ever since I started my company I have met a lot of business owners that honestly, shouldn’t be business owners.

But that’s okay, they will wash out. Especially during these hard times.

You want to know how to be a badass company?

TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

ANSWER EVERY MESSAGE.

ANSWER EVERY EMAIL.

ANSWER EVERYTHING WITH A PURPOSE.

CREATE AWESOME PRODUCTS.

CREATE AWESOME PROJECTS.

GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS AN EXPERIENCE, FROM THE WEBSITE, TO THE DELIVERY, TO THE UNBOXING EXPERIENCE.

You will not please everyone. People are going to talk shit about you. People are going to talk shit about your product.

NO MATTER WHAT.

Don’t come in this game if you are not willing to have a backbone and stand up for yourself when someone calls you out.

You want to know why I don’t have a problem with putting someone in their place when they try to tell me what to do?

Because I know they don’t have what it takes to do what I do EVERY SINGLE DAY as a business owner, that’s not being cocky, that’s being real with you.

THIS SHIT IS HARD. Most people quit.

I know how much time and effort I put into every single product, every single customer that asks for guidance on ANYTHING.

If you are going to start a business, I would highly recommend listening to me on this.

There is no secret sauce, this is it.

If you do this, day in and day out. month in and month out. YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT.

Your company will be a badass company that has life time customers.

You don’t need to cater to anyone but you do need to take care of everyone.

Just remember, you aren’t going to please EVERYONE but you will know which ones are just being assholes and who are truly asking you genuine questions, those are the people you truly need to make sure have a great experience.

Customer - if you don’t have a company then keep the comments to yourself and enjoy watching from the stands. That’s how being a customer is supposed to be, you’re suppose to cheer the company and business owners on, you’re supposed to help spread the word of the businesses that give you a good experience. Especially if they are a new and young company. HELP THEM OUT.

I choose to spend all my money on you guys instead of advertising everywhere. I truly believe that bringing you guys the best products will get the word spread around faster and bigger than any advertising dollars spent.

Now you know my mindset as a business owner.

My priority is taking care of you guys. Giving you an experience that makes you want to tell a friend about.

Most importantly, providing products that are top of the line, premium products that are effective and sustainable.

You guys matter to me more than I can even fucking explain.

One day, I will meet all of you. I will have a place where we can hang out and train together. Mark my words.
