If you’ve been to a food truck that serves these Acai bowls then you know how delicious they are. We decided to put our own spin on these fruity bowls of heaven and add some protein! Acai is a great superfood, with each pack containing 5g fats, 4g carbs, and 1g protein. Great macros to begin this recipe!
INGREDIENTS

Sambazon frozen Acai Superfruit packs (we used the unsweetened ones)

1 scoop ACTN Vanilla Whey Protein

1/2 Greek yogurt

Splash of milk (we used almond)

Granola

Lots of delicious, colorful fruits for the toppings
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine frozen Acai packet, vanilla whey protein, greek yogurt, and a splash of almond milk. Blend until smooth, if it is a little thick you can add more almond milk but we liked ours similar to a frozen yogurt consistency, not too soupy.

Add granola to a large bowl and then pour Acai mixture on top. You can see we put our granola on the top but that was just for aesthetic purposes, of course. You can add more granola to the top if you’d like later on.

Add your fruit to the top and enjoy! Other great fruits on these are strawberries, banana, mango, dragonfruit, and raspberries. Let us know what you think!
