You can’t go wrong with pancakes. And we added a little extra protein to this breakfast favorite! Kids and adults alike will love these, and they’re so easy. Make the entire box and heat them up from the fridge or freezer for busy morning quick breakfasts. Or make an entire box and eat them for dinner. We did.
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Kodiak Cake Blueberry Pancake Mix

3/4 to 1 Cup Water (depending on pancake thickness preference)

1 Scoop ACTN Vanilla Whey Protein

Blueberries and Sugar Free Syrup to top
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Kodiak Cake Pancake Mix and Water in a bowl until combined.

Add Whey Protein Powder and mix until combined. We like our pancakes on the thinner side so we added a touch more water in this step.

Heat griddle to about 300* and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Once the entire pancake starts to bubble (including the middle) flip!

Drizzle with syrup and toss some blueberries on top and enjoy!
