Here’s how we made ours and they’re macronutrients for our recipe.
- 15 GRAMS OF CARBS
- 11 GRAMS OF PROTEIN
- 7 GRAMS OF FAY
Our recipe made 18 energy balls. Each one has 15g carbs, 11g protein and 7g fats.

1 box Kodiak no-bake protein ball mix
3 scoops ACTN Vanilla PB Pudding w/ Cookies & Cream Whey Protein
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 oz. sugar-free maple syrup (you could use regular syrup or honey!)
4 TBSP coconut flakes
To make, combine all ingredients in a large bowl (easiest to do with your hands). Form dough balls (our recipe made 18 50g balls) and keep refrigerated!
